The Student house U Průhonu is situated in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Europe and it is an ideal solution for students, young professionals, or couples! Your connection with the city center will secure a tram with a stop just around the corner or metro station within walking distance. You come across the largest park in Prague, the Zoo, or the Vltava river in the opposite direction. Let us offer you fully equipped Single room: Private bedroom, shared bathroom and fridge with maximum 2 other guests and shared kitchen with the hob, microwave, kettle and oven. There is one single bed (90/200 cm), wardrobe and desk with the lamp and chair. We also provide basic set of dishes and bed linen. The building has a laundry room with drying and washing machines, which are available for use under the fee of 60 CZK. There are 2 study rooms and playroom fully at your disposal. Common areas are cleaned 5 days a week and every week the disinfection of common areas takes place as well.
