I started to invest in the real estate sector and I chose the Aurora area specifically in the area of Porta Palazzo ( the biggest market area in Europe!) . Every day the market is lively and it s the best place for shopping food . It s funny the mix with the farmers bringing groceries from their land ( tipical Piedmont people which still talk the dialect ! ) and the other market people from Nord Africa , China and Southern Italians. Being close to University of Turin , IADD , and others ( Politecnico is 25 minutes by bus ) is a favorite students area and nightlife ( Quadrilatero) is 50 meters away . The city center is at 10 minutes walking distance. I was a student abroad myself when I was younger and I shared apartments and I loved it . Don't hesitate to contact me
