Room in in non-shared* spacious apartment! *: For a couple of months, I am looking for someone to rent the extra room that I have in my apartment. I won't be around (I will be 99% abroad), so you can use the full apartment and even pick the bedroom you want to use. In exchange, I only ask to pay the utilities in full. One half is detailed, the other half is included in "other" that is in the listing (the other half is detailed under cost). The "other" in costs is: taxes and insurance and furniture rent. If I come back, the "other cost" is subtracted with 219 euros as it wouldn't b applicable. At some point (3-6 months) we may re-evaluate and decide to make it a full sublease. Even though it's the full place, I can only rent the room to 1 household (consisting only of direct relatives). I still pay my own rent and I am still the main (and therefore responsible) tenant. This means I need to make sure the place is fine and there is no nuisance. A friend will have the keys and may come by to check from time to time to see if the place hasn't burned down and the furniture is still in one piece haha! Therefore, there is also an additional deposit for expensive electronic devices (TV's, router, smart lights, smart thermostat, etc.). There is a spacious and light living room with open kitchen (with all utilities) and a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub. The price includes gas, water, electricty, TV, internet, taxes, insurance, regular cleaning. Smart home is one of my hobbies so both heating and lights are connected currently. The apparment is located at the Spaarndammerdijk, close to Jordaan, Haarlemmerdijk, Westerpark, etc. Nieuwendijk and Kalverstraat (main shopping streets are just af few minutes biking away. It's right in between Central Station and Sloterdijk Station, with 2 bus lines a few meters from the front door connected to both stations and Haarlemmerplein for connection to the tram network. Central Station is also easily reachable by bike (around 10 minutes). Albert Heijn is 5 min walking and many many shops are also located around the corner in the Spaarndammerstraat. The neighbourhood has some very special buildings in the style of the Amsterdam School and Westerpark is located just 10 minutes walking away...

Cómo reservar este alojamiento
Cuando encuentras una propiedad que te gusta, realizar una reserva es muy sencillo. Tanto el inquilino como el propietario deben confirmar antes de formalizar una reserva. Así es como funciona:
- Selecciona tus fechas para comprobar la disponibilidad.
- Si aún no tiene una suscripción, puedes adquirir una con unos pocos clics.
- Contacta con el propietario pulsando en el botón Contactar.
- Preséntate al propietario. Haz cualquier pregunta que tengas.
- Cuando estés listo para reservar, envía una solicitud de reserva.
- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
