SUMMARY - Location: Eschborn City – a green and quiet suburb of Frankfurt - Type: Private room in shared apartment (3 tenants total) - Room: Large room with private south-facing balcony NEW in town: Eschborn city - First ocupancy after refurbishment. WOMEN ONLY. The appartment consists of three private rooms (small, medium, large). It also has a kitchen, dinging room, saparate toilet and a bathroom. A large and sunny balcony is divided in three parts. This ad is for the small room. Each room has access to a large balcony in Southward direction. You have Sun all day. However since the windows are completely new and you have a curtain and a shutter, you can also shut out the Sun in Summer Months. The sections on the balcony will be seperated (not yet on the photo), so every tenant has his own space on the balcony. On the balcony you find a small table and a chair, so you can also sit outside in the summer and work from there (if you have home office). The appartment has complete new furniture (first ocupancy). A new kitchen with all equipment (dish washer, oven, fridge), all new and from the German brand Bauknecht. The appartment has one bathroom and a seperate toilet. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer for the tenants. The appartment has a super fast internet connection with 1.000 Mbit ! Behind the entrance there is a dining room with access to the kitchen. The appartment is in the first floor (mezzanine). The house is owned by the landlord and it is a save place. There is a fence and gate around the property. The two Eschborn train stations (Eschborn and Eschborn-South) are within walking distance. From here it takes 10 minutes by train (S-Bahn) to Frankfurt city. The banking and commercial district of Eschborn is nearby, it is around 700 meters to the big employment companies such as Deutsche Börse, Samsung, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, EY). Also a super market is within walking distance, a Korean Food Market is just next door. You can either rent a parking for your car (if you have one) - which would cost 45 EUR per month extra and which is not included in the rent. Or you can buy a bicycle on one of the flee markets and use the bicyle room (for free) in the basement. The landlord will provide blanket and pillow and one set of bed sheets. Its all set- you just need to move in :) Please note: Its a shared Appartment (Wohngemeinschaft) - Girls only. In January 2026 the utilities will rise by 15 euros per month due to cost increases of public levies and energy. Your landlord is also living in Eschborn, however not in the house. - Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
