The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need. Guests can use all the facilities, including the garage, the garden and the pool. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a premium stay near Lisbon. *Repair works are ongoing in the building, with an expected completion date in November 2024. The pool will be unavailable during this period. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a formidable decor. Both are equipped with air conditioning. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat screen TV, two large and comfortable sofa beds, a dining table for 6, plenty of light and a balcony with a cozy table for breakfasts or romantic dinners. → Bathroom The apartment has two bathrooms. A complete one and a toilet. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
