For your info, herewith the most important details of the sublease contract we ́ll sign together: §1: Leased property: The furniture consists of bed, table, chair, closet, bookshelf, rug, bedclothes and blanket, towel. Damages must be replaced/repaired. §4: House rules: No smoking; no boyfriend over night; no drying of wet clothes/ towels in the room, nor tea or coffee making nor else cooking in the private rooms. As a sign of respect: leave bathroom and kitchen clean after use (remove all left hair, soap residues /meal rests, etc. from bathtub, cooking areas, sink, floor) We`ll set up together a cleaning plan to clean the commonly used areas (kitchen, bathroom, stairway, entrance and hallways, terrasse) Those rules aren ́t yet finally, also observe notes and hangouts in your room and common areas. §5: Deposit: The sub- tenant pays a deposit of ............. Euro, which will be returned at the end of the sublease rental contract, if the content of this contract is observed and all keys returned. If anything of the leased property is damaged, replacement shall be made. A fine of at least 50 Euros will be taken -each time- for not observing the house or room rules. The above-named sublease tenant is responsible for any damage resulting of non-observing of this contract and which could lead to damages to the anchor tenant or following sublease tenants. The room must be cleaned and returned as seen at the beginning of the sublease-rental. §6: Access authorization: The owner, the main/anchor tenant, or anyone assigned/representative may examine/verify/check on the room and measuring devices, in appropriate times. §7: Rent: Release/transfer of the subleased contract to a third party is prohibited. The sublease rent must be paid in advance, the latest on the second day of each month. §8: Notice period/ period of cancellation is two weeks, mutually.
