LOCATION INFORMATION: - Villa Sitges El Olivo requires a car. - It is 10 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from Sant Pere de Ribes. - The urbanization is very residential. - Restaurants, bars and supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is a Club Nautico with a bar, a restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance but is open in summer only. - A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Vills El Olivo through the vinyeards and fields. IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND FEES: 1.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of pool and bath sheets/towels.
