The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area. The property does not have dedicated parking, but there's free street parking in front of the building (subject to availability) Kindly note that there's a flight of 7 steps to enter the building. The natural light that floods the rooms through the full-length windows is the highlight of this apartment, creating a sense of extension to the exterior and connecting to a pleasant balcony space. The modern and minimalist furniture is complemented by walls decorated with unusual and colorful wallpapers, adding color and vibrancy to the environment. - Living Room Designed in an open plan with the kitchen, it invites moments of relaxation and socializing. It consists of an elegant sofa, TV, and air conditioning. - Kitchen Fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and dishwasher. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
