ABOUT THE APARTMENT The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated, on the fourth floor (without elevator) with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage. The apartment is located upstairs ( 4th floor without elevator) ROOM 3 The room has 17 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating. OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. The property will be to share with other people. We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair. For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly: The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month. The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
