You come across the largest park in Prague, the Zoo, or the Vltava river in the opposite direction. Let us offer you fully equipped Single room: Private bedroom, shared bathroom and fridge with maximum 2 other guests and shared kitchen with the hob, microwave, kettle and oven. There is one single bed (90/200 cm), wardrobe and desk with the lamp and chair. We also provide basic set of dishes and bed linen. The building has a laundry room with drying and washing machines, which are available for use under the fee of 60 CZK. There are 2 study rooms and playroom fully at your disposal. Common areas are cleaned 5 days a week and every week the disinfection of common areas takes place as well. Reception operates from 8 am until 7 pm and then the security guard is present for the whole night. Please note that in case your stay is shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival. Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
