This apartment is indeed located in Piazza Vittorio, only a few walking minutes from "Palazzo Nuovo", and at the very centre of Turin's mundane life! This TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT consists of two shared bedrooms (two bed in each room), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a wide 25mq terrace, accessible from each bedroom. EXPENSES (UTILITIES) = 240.- (per person / per month) Includes: Gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning and final cleaning, WIFI connection, RAI fee, waste collection taxes, Condominium Expenses, Administration Fees, Contract preparation and definition costs, Stamp Duty and Registration Taxes, Damage Insurance, Boiler and Appliance Depreciation, Amortization of electrical and plumbing system costs, Furniture Renewal.
