There are 2 comfortable beds in the apartment. The place is made of the main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom. The cooker in the kitchen can be powered by both gas and electricity. The pets are welcome! If pets, the deposit shall be 40% higher. There are 2 single twin beds in the apartment (upon request the Lessor can get a big double bed for the tenants). The place was recently renovated. The new windows provide a perfect insulation. The studio is perfect for a couple or a group of friends. Our guests can access and/or use all areas. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (80 PLN per week). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
