The bathroom is brand new and fully equipped, has a very large shower, and is very spacious. The fully-independent and equipped kitchen will be perfect to organize a fantastic dinner. The living room is perfect to relax, spend a nice evening and watch TV quietly, or dine comfortably. Located next to Camp Nou and very well connected to the center of Barcelona (metro station two minutes walk). With a multitude of stores around, in front of the Collblanc market, where you will find all the variety of national and typical food as well as imported or organic. TERMS: - You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost.
