No se admiten menores de edad. 4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza. 5-✨ Importante: Existe una tasa adicional que se calcula en función del número de meses de su reserva. El valor que aparece en el Resumen de Alquileres como "Otros", es el valor mensual del total de la tasa administrativa. El importe total es el resultado de multiplicar el valor mensual por el número de meses de su reserva. El importe total de la Tasa Administrativa deberá ser abonado en el momento del check-in.
