Simplicity and practicality define this cozy space, decorated with 1950s-inspired design. - Living/Sleeping Area This area features a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm), a television, and a practical workspace with adequate lighting. The ottoman bed and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage for your belongings. - Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped for preparing your favorite meals with ease. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and a Krupps Nespresso coffee machine (coffee capsules not included). - Bathroom A modern bathroom with a shower, equipped with a washer-dryer. As it is an interior room, we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the studio regularly to minimize humidity and potential odors. Water heating is provided by a water heater. If the hot water runs out, please note that you’ll need to wait for the tank to heat up again. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
