Construction work is ongoing next to the building for the new Santo António Hospital metro station, so noise from the activity and some disruption to circulation are to be expected. - Bed The studio features a comfortable double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). - Living Area An elegant sofa complements the space, allowing you to enjoy relaxing moments. There is also a TV. - Kitchenette The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, mini-fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included), washer-dryer, and a dining table for two. - Bathroom The studio has a bathroom with a shower and a towel heater. Please note that the bathroom is interior and has no windows, so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible to minimize moisture buildup from showers. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
