For three months stay is of 10% of monthly rent. And for four months stay is of 5% of monthly stay. Settings: beds can be in main living room area or in low corner... for some privacy and than it can function as two bedroom apartment...but in fact it is studio. Please take a good look at the photos, thank you. The central part of apartment is than used as working area... And living area is located closer to the entrance... Different setting are possible depends on your needs... You will Benefit of great location, sunny and bright, positive, fully equipped place to stay. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
