All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat. SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month. The average cost of the utilities will be around €70-90 per month per person based on 3 ppl share. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast dsl connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat.
