Hi! My name's Kelly. I'm a 38-year-old single woman. I'm a creative entrepreneur and run a creative agency as a photographer. I'm social and I often meet my friends out but I don't usually have a lot of people over to my place. I like my home life to be peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I don't smoke, or do drugs. I'll only drink wine at home on occasion. I'm organized and clean, and I would like to have a roommate that is the same way. I've lived in Santa Monica for the past 4 years with my little rescue pup Jack and I love it! My place is bright and airy, with a balcony for fresh air. This area is a very safe and walkable neighborhood. I love it for it's walkability! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, the promenade and Montana Avenue which is full of cute boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Plus easy to access the freeway and PCH.
