Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Please note that basic bed linen (material nylon) and towels are included with your reservation. However, if you prefer hotel-quality linen (Egyptian cotton), we offer this option including complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service for an additional fee of €65. This fee also includes changing hotel-quality linens and towels every two weeks. For additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Thank you! If this option is selected by you, payment for all bi-weekly cleanings is required in advance. Please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund. For stays more than 3 months we offer a discount 5%.
