Room: Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your bright room has three large windows with a window sill and a private balcony. The room has parquet flooring and is very bright because of large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer dryer is also available in the bathroom and can be used. Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1one wardrobe, one closet, one desk with chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you. Co-Living flat life: Your roommates would be: Aral (24) - studies at LMU. Eduardo (25) - studies at TUM. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it is not mandatory. Location: very quiet, urban area, in Schwabing. Shopping facilities 2 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop/subway (U2-Hohenzollernplatz), and from there about 5 minutes to the city center or 4 minutes to the main train station. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle storage room. U3-Petuelring is very close by. Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark are about 5 minutes walk away...
