Bellissimo appartamentino composto da INGRESSO, CUCINA-SOGGIORNO con divano-letto singolo, 1 STANZA con letto a una piazza e mezza, BAGNO con doccia, BALCONCINO in corso Sempione al 7mo piano, luminosissimo, ristrutturato, aria condizionata, wifi. Fornito di tutto, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalle stoviglie ai coprimaterassi. 1280 euro + 400 di spese TOTALI, compreso riscaldamento, wifi e utenze (resta fuori solo elettricità per luce e aria condizionata, ma non ci sono né boiler né piastre eletttriche). All'atto della prenotazione va versata la prima mensilità al sito e la cauzione direttamente al proprietario. La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore. La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Residenziale, centrale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti. Servita da metro lilla (fermata Domodossola a 300 mt) passante ferroviario (Per Uni CATTOLICA 4 minuti direttamente in Cadorna senza fermate; per Uni POLI BOVISA 2 minuti), tram (1,14,19,12) e autobus (57,43,78,48,69) di ogni tipo...
