The apartment is just 10 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, also the Kunsthaus, the Murinsel. There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation is in front of the building (Griesplatz) from the apartment located. The apartment is very quiet because the windows of the apartment are located to the backyard of the building. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space. The apartment is located on the 2th floor without elevator. The apartment has 52 m2 and a balcony with 4 m2.
