A charming balcony offers a splendid view, and a dining table is provided for enjoying homemade meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other essential utilities for your culinary needs. The bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds adorned with hotel-quality linens, ensuring your utmost comfort. The bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials for your stay. Complimentary WiFi is accessible throughout the entire apartment, and we provide towels and bed linens for your convenience. It's important to note that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift. Other Things to Note: Please be aware that the management company will be conducting internal redecoration work in the common areas over the next four weeks. This property offers self-check-in, and you'll be required to verify your identity before accessing the apartment. Check-in is possible at any time of the day, provided it adheres to our standard check-in time, which is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you require additional cleaning or extra linens during your stay, please feel free to reach out to us for a fee. Please note that there is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost associated with lock replacement, so we kindly request that you keep your keys secure. We enforce a strict no-smoking policy within the property. If any evidence is found to suggest a violation of this rule (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we retain the right to impose a minimum £300 smoking fee. Additionally, please note that we do not permit parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or the presence of outside guests. If we receive substantial evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team for eviction.
