Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use, starting from €380 or €490, respectively. Our location, just a few meters from City Hall and near the University Campus, makes it easy to access the city center and university life. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere among our colivers and foster a friendly environment where you can feel at home. To join us, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, one month's deposit, and one month’s rent upon entry.
