The apartement has 4 bedrooms in total, a shared and equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet. The room is available from March 1st onwards. The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice at the end of February, August or September.
