This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lille is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is ideally located in the "Wazemmes" neighborhood, in the centre of Lille. Several public transports, shops, restaurants are at your disposal near at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils, kettle, crockery, microwave... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: water, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Wazemmes neighbourhood is bursting with life and colour. Here you'll find restaurants and shops from all fours corners of the globe : Chinese, Thaï, Middle-Eastern... This area is becoming more and more sought-after, notably by students and young professionals thanks to its lovely traditional Lillois houses. There are numerous shops and boutiques along the rue Gambetta and cultural sites and trendy bars are also springing up in the area. At the heart of the neighbourhood is the Halles de Wazemmes which hosts a permanent market under its stunning arcades but also an immense open-air market on the public square every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
