With comfort and convenience right at your fingertips (Sintra's Train Station is just a 15-Minute walk away), this is the ideal home base for your stay! - Building The 150 square meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house, situated in a residential area of Sintra. Ideal for families or small groups of friends. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs. The Sintra Mountains have a unique microclimate, characterized by high humidity. We recommend airing out the house frequently during your stay to help mitigate moisture and any resulting odors. - Bedrooms The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and central heating, which open onto a small balcony (one of the bedrooms features a spacious walk-in closet). The third bedroom, in the attic, has a single bed convertible into two (as it is an attic, the ceilings are low). - Workspace In the attic, next to the bedroom, a comfortable workspace equipped with a desk provides the quiet you need to work! - Living Room The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, central heating, and a dining table for 6, is filled with natural light through its large windows. - Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. - Kitchen A spacious, well-lit kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Solarium Accessible through the garden, this pleasant space is equipped with a kitchenette and toys for children. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
