Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your beautiful 28 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm 4-room apartment. There are 4 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, guest toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. Your room has a large window with a window sill and a terrace. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright thanks to the large window. The apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and everything else you need for life. The kitchen has a dining table. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be shared. Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, area 160x200), wardrobe and a desk with chair. From here you have access to the covered loggia, which faces south and offers a wonderful view of the inner courtyard. You can spend many sunny hours here. You can access all rooms via the centrally located hallway, which allows for a variety of uses. Built-in cupboards in the niches also offer clever storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and also has space for a washer-dryer. We don't have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you. Shared apartment life: We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together comfortably in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory. Location: Almost everything is within walking distance! The south-east of Augsburg is considered an ideal symbiosis of living and working thanks to its good infrastructure, ideal transport links and the location of some of Augsburg's largest employers. In the university district there are several pharmacies, doctor's offices, banks, specialist shops and many retail shops that offer everything you need for your daily needs. There are also primary and secondary schools, a free Waldorf school and the University and the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, as well as the Augsburg Trade Fair. Augsburg's vibrant city life takes place nearby, across the Lech. The Sportanlage Süd bus stop, just a 2-minute walk away, offers optimal connections to the public transport network. You can reach the main train station in around 14 minutes by bus. You can also quickly get to Munich or Stuttgart via the motorway connection (Augsburg-Ost exit on the A8). - approx. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop - directly on the federal highway 2 to the A8 highway - approx. 3 minutes walk to the supermarket - approx. 2 minutes walk to the gym...
