Hay una parada de autobús urbano a 25 m y las estaciones de trenes y autobuses se encuentran entre 10 y 15 minutos a pie. Enfrente hay un Carrefour abierto12 horas y muy próximo el mercado de San Juan y un supermercado DIA que no cierra a la hora de comer. Gimnasio y biblioteca a 25m y la zona comercial y peatonal de Salamanca cruzando la Avenida principal. Zona tranquila y además se puede ir por zona peatonal a la universidad....
