Hello, dear apartment seekers! we have a room available in the city center. Your beautiful room is part of a 120 square meter apartment. There are a three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a hallway. The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright. The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for living. The washing machine with dryer is available and can of course be used. The room has a large double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, lying surface of 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe, a closet and a desk with a chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, hot and cold water, heating, internet and electricity. There are no additional costs for you. Co-Living apartment life: Your roommates would be: Victoria (28) - doing an internship. Alejandro (28) - working as a consultant. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory. Location: The apartment is located directly on Stachus, one of the most famous squares in Munich, where you can enjoy all the benefits of city life. Numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and cultural institutions are in the immediate vicinity. The excellent public transport connections ensure that you can get anywhere in Munich in no time. There are several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The main train station is about 6 minutes' walk away. The Technical University of Munich can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Nearby subway stations are: - 3 minutes walk to Königsplatz, U2 (200m) - 6 minutes walk to the main station, (400m) - 7 minutes walk to Stiglmaierplatz, U1, U7, U8 (500m) - 2 minutes walk to Karlsplatz/ Stachus, U4, U5 (750m) The nearby Gärtnerplatzviertel, known for its cultural diversity and creative atmosphere, invites you to explore and linger with its theaters, bars and design shops. At the same time, you can reach Munich city center with Marienplatz, Frauenkirche and Maximilianstraße in just a few minutes on foot or with the excellent public transport. The location is also ideal for private transport, with fast connections to the surrounding ring and main roads.
