The move-in date is flexible and can be arranged as needed. If moving in after August 20th, only half a month’s rent will be charged for August. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. On weekdays, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. It is also possible to borrow a bike during the leasing period.
