Aroser Allee
Entire apartment
Property: 55 m²

Space for 2 people
2 bedrooms
Description

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1930, which is owned by a small community of owners and has been largely left in its original Berlin old building condition to this day. The apartment is optimally laid out with a continuous hallway and the 4 symmetrically extending rooms and conveys a generous feeling of space. On the right are the bathroom and kitchen, on the left are the two bedrooms towards the garden, which makes them very quiet. The kitchen is truly an eat-in kitchen. On the one hand because of the exposed brick wall, which looks very rustic and cozy, and on the other hand because of the "former" loggia, which enlarges the room and offers space to sit. In winter it is like a winter garden, and in summer it can be easily converted into a loggia by opening the huge casement windows. The fitted kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge. The hallway offers a lot of storage space thanks to the panelling of the gas central heating and the conversion of the niche into a wardrobe. The hallway is very modern and stands out thanks to its indirect ceiling lighting. The spacious bathroom also has a niche for the washing machine and there is an oversized shower. The comfort is perfect thanks to the electric underfloor heating. The two bed rooms are 13 & 18 sqm and the almost 100-year-old floorboards create a very cozy living atmosphere, just as you would expect from a typical old Berlin building. The facilities include a large cellar compartment and shared use of the large garden, which also has a rear exit to the side street and almost direct access to the nearby park. The apartment is centrally located on Aroser Allee, just behind the Reinickendorf town sign and just before the large housing estate "Die Weiße Stadt", which is now a listed building. Aroser Allee can be described as a through road and connects Wedding with the north of Berlin, which means there are very good connections to the motorway at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, but you can also get to Mitte and further on to Neukölln very quickly by bus or subway (U8 Franz Neumann Platz). In the immediate vicinity is the Schäfersee with a park, which has been newly created and which you can reach through the house's own garden almost without stepping on asphalt. On the other side of the park, Franz-Neumann-Platz, life is in full swing and there are all the shops for daily needs as well as the nearest subway station. On the other side, not far away, is the slightly larger Schillerpark, at the back of which there is also a connection via Müllerstraße and access to all the shops for daily needs. A bus stop is almost directly in front of the house...

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
