Hi there, Thanks for reading my ad. I know, you wonder why its so cheap * please see additional utility costs ! * student only. I been a student years ago, and want to support. * For me this is a bit of an experiment and first time to have a guest, so I start really low-key. Ok, now about the arrangement: I work a lot from home in my ca. 90 m2 apartment - its a little bit of a new experiment for me - but I want to try out and have someone 'visit' short time and are welcome to use the space. I am based in Amagar and a short walk from a Metro station. KU is just a few Metro stops away. REMA 1000 and Sushi Restaurant nearby. Most suitable for short time visit (for example while you look for other apartments) * The bed is a cosy air Mattress ! it automatically pumps itself up quietly. so its always full of air and comfortable * Feel free to use the extra office Desk 24/7 ,incl. offce chair provided, shelves and a printer for you to use as well * I have my own separate room and another own separate bed room and office with closeable doors. So each of us can work with full focus when needed and you sleep in your own room. * I have a portable room divider (seperation wall) - you can create privacy at all times and move it around as you wish. * You will be in the main apartment space where also the kitchen is. But I eat out a lot and we can arrange cooking times as it suits best * I am friendly and agreeable person, I am mostly out and about doing sports in the evening or things related to acting and theatre. I work from 9 to 5 PM from home in the extra office room (door closed) * Fast internet connection (I use it also for work everyday, but should be fine for 2 people) * After my working hours, ca. 5.30 PM you can also use the extra office room with a desk / close the door (your privacy) * 4th floor, with elevator *Got Floor heating ! so bare feet won't freeze #Happy Feet --- If you contact me I'd be happy if you could tell me a bit about yourself , whats important to you in a shared living space and what makes you happy .. or anything you like to tell. Generally I am all about honest and open communication, I am flexible , will listen to your needs or anything that you think needs to get organised to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. * we can have a video call before any viewings if you like, as I understand we need to establish trust. * Please pardon if I don't respond fast, its a bit due to my work and a lot of emails :-) * Because really this is all for short time, it could also be possible 2 people stay in the double bed (mattress). Lets talk. * Ideally no pets, if smoking it would be great if you could use one of the 2 balconies :-)...
