You can access the apartment via a shared staircase near the entrance (there is no elevator). Things to Note This is a traditional building that is part of the UNESCO Heritage Site, and like most buildings in the area, there is no garage for parking - but there is a parking lot just across the street. Additionally, there is no elevator, so access to the apartment is via stairs. We care about the environment, which is why the studio is equipped with sustainable appliances and other eco-friendly features without compromising functionality. It includes LED lights, double-glazed windows, water-saving taps, and flush systems. The boiler has a 70-liter tank, enough for a quick shower (we recommend turning off the water while not in use)...
