Pedro, you are welcomed by a cozy living room with a TV area and comfortable sofas, as well as a dining area with a spacious table for 6 people. - Kitchen The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen connects to a pleasant interior patio with a dining table, ideal for enjoying the pleasant maritime climate. - Bedrooms On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a convenient desk. On the second floor (accessible by the wooden stairs), the house has 3 more bedrooms: a spacious room with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a seating area that opens to a private balcony; a bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe; and another with two single beds. - Bathrooms The house has one bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub. The bathroom is interior (without windows), so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible to minimize the accumulation of humidity and odors resulting from the showers. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00.
