I am subletting my fully furnished room for the duration of my semester abroad. The room is 22 m2 and has its own balcony. Thanks to its west-facing orientation and large windows, it is bright and perfect for working at the desk. All furniture shown in the pictures, including the TV, is included in the rent. I am also providing a new blanket and pillow. The room is ideal for those traveling from afar or with limited luggage, as everything essential is already available – only personal belongings like clothing need to be brought. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with good public transport connections. The tram lines 2 and 3 are just a 6-minute walk away, taking you to the university in about 10 minutes and the city center in around 20 minutes. A bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away. There are three supermarkets and several medical practices within a 10-minute walking distance, and a gym is only 5 minutes away by bike. For drivers, there are resident parking spaces, an underground parking spot, and ample street parking available. A secure bicycle storage room is also in the basement. The underground parking space can be rented separately for €70 per month. My roommate Elias and I (Tim) are both studying International Business at the University of Augsburg and are soon abroad, which is why we are subletting our rooms. Our third roommate, Duy, still lives in the apartment, but he is rarely home as he is doing an apprenticeship further away. Elias will return in January, while I will be staying abroad for a longer period. When we are home, we enjoy spending time together, whether going out in the city or having a relaxed beer on the balcony. I can't predict how the dynamic with two subtenants will be, but one thing is certain: Duy is very sociable and always up for a casual beer!
