The room is about 18 square meters, including the bathroom, and is perfect for one person. Two people will not be accepted. In the same apartment, there is another similar room with the same surface area, already occupied by a guy who has lived there for a long time. The common areas are only the entrance, the security door, the plumbing, electrical, and heating systems, the Wi-Fi router, and the intercom. Utility costs are shared 50% (electricity, water, gas, internet, waste tax, condominium fees) and are approximately 150 euros per month for each room, to be paid in advance at the beginning of each month along with the rent. Monthly cleaning is to be paid directly to the cleaner (30 euros). An appointment must be made once a month for the required and mandatory deep cleaning.
