Beautiful historic building (1886), located in the heart of the beautiful unversary district of San Lorenzo, at 10 min walk at the central Rome Termini station, the hub of the three main metro lines that cross the entire capital. The street of the palace is quiet and well connected. I have always rented to Sapienza university students for the strategic location. The apartment is on the first floor, complete with everything: queen-size bed on a room, two-seater sofa bed, (both have hot and cold air conditioning, wardrobes and desks) , full kitchen with all the tools, 1shared table, 1 bathroom ,TV, high speed wifi and independent boiler for hot water. The full rent is 1500+400 euros of utilities (read Utility costs) We offer a real registered contract (the one on the site is not valid for Italian laws) with a 2 month deposit, registered with the tax agency The rent is for a maximum of 3 people, for more people a new rent will be discussed Available from May.
