It’s also conveniently located near important hospital facilities such as Spallanzani, European Hospital, and Ospedale Israelitico. 💰 Additional Fees & Payment Process Once your booking is confirmed, the following payments must be made within 7 days: • Administrative fee: This is paid via a payment request on the platform and covers business-related costs. Security deposit: To be paid on the platform before check-in. • Standard management fee (other cost) : Paid at check-in (cash or bank transfer). It covers: • Assisted check-in and key handover • Contract registration and administration • Tenant support during the stay • Advance payment for July/August (if applicable): If the rental period extends until July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform. 📜 Important Policies • August rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out. • A valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) must be obtained and submitted as soon as possible. Instructions on how to obtain it will be provided with the contract. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. • No bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment. • Utility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment. • We apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in/out dates. (For example, if you move in on August 28, the full August rent must still be paid.) HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
