There’s a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room (TV with Netflix account). From the large balcony you can see the Erasmus building. The small room is furnished with a high sleeper, a desk, a chair and a closet. Everything is located within walking distance, Erasmus (4 min.), supermarket (8 min.), tram (1 min.) and Metro (7 min.) which will take you to city center in 7 minutes. A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in....
