Basement Level: One bedroom with two single beds (each convertible into two, totaling four single beds) and another bedroom with three single beds. - Bathrooms Four bathrooms ensure convenience for all: One guest bathroom; Two with bathtubs; One with a shower. - Living Rooms Upstairs: A bright and airy living room with direct access to the garden, a TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a dining table. Kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, or oil are not included and should be purchased by guests. → Linen & Towels Bed and bath linens are provided based on the number of guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, we’ll provide an additional set of bed and bath linens free of charge at check-in. → Cleaning Services The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings or fresh linens can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee, with requests made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-In & Check-Ou Check-in begins at 16:00, and only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out is until 10:00. Please ensure the keys are placed in the designated lockbox before departure. → Key Policy Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Should a specialized technician be required to open the door or repair the lock due to key loss or damage, guests will bear the associated costs.
