It's possible to get a parking license. The apartment is located on the first floor of a causy house. with international tenants. The other apartments in the house are occupied by highly educated young people, age around 20-35. The apartment has a bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The kitchen is open and connected with the rest of the studio. The apartment is fully furnished and upholstered. Bed, wardrobe, couch, table, 4 chairs. Furthermore, there is a new 32 inch HD Smart TV. Kitchen equipment; electric stove, fridge (with small freezer area), dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, and everything else.
