Bed available in an ensuite twin room from now until end of academic year (end of May). The apartment has three bedrooms and is shared with other friendly UCD female students. The house is just a 5-minute walk to UCD campus, a 10-minute walk to a Tesco, and located by the N11, right in front of a bus stop served by routes 145, 155, and 39A... etc The room is an ensuite. Rent is €640 per month, +80€ bills (electricity, heat, Wi-Fi...etc). Fully equipped kitchen, and bed linen provided. There is also laundry facilities within the apartment.
