Just a 20-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building (subject to availability). Please note that it is necessary to climb 7 steps to access the building. The natural light that floods the rooms through the large balcony windows is the highlight of this apartment, creating a pleasant sense of continuity with the outdoors and connecting to a lovely balcony space. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
